The essential elements of any great social media strategy, is baking engagement in the actual campaign. Trying unique ideas that stand out and involve personal touches to your     audience. Being somewhat over the top and adding entertainment value can go a long way. However, it’s not only about the entertainment we provide but how we are also able to address our customer comments and feedback. A simple response isn’t going to cut it anymore, it’s so very easy to forget the positive interactions they get washed away, with the speed in which content flows within social media. Meanwhile, respond and make a spectacle of it all can have a longer shelf life and a much further reach.
