What it does: Topsy indexes and ranks searches based upon conversations people are having about a specific term, topic, page, or domain. Search based on links, Tweets, photos, videos, and influencers.

4. WhosTalkin

Website: www.whostalkin.com

What it does: WhosTalkin is a yet another social media search tool that allows users to search for conversations happening around the topics that they care about most. These things can be anything from sports, foods, celebrities, or your company’s brand name. Data is taken from over 60 of the internet’s most popular social media platforms. People are talking, and you can find out who.

5. NutShellMail

What it does: NutshellMail gathers activity from your social media accounts and emails you a summary based on the schedule you specify. Keep track of Facebook likes, posts, comments, and insights. But that’s not all, it supports a whole lot more, including – LinkedIn, Yelp, MySpace, YouTube, Foursquare, and Citysearch.

What it does: Edgerank Checker analyzes and scores your Facebook page. It gives you actionable steps to increase engagement, examines when fans are online to optimize timing strategies, and back tests specific days to see when fans check Facebook.

The fine print: There is a basic free version. However, the pro-version starts at $90/mo.

12. SocialOomph

What it does: SocialOomph is a tool to easily schedule updates, find quality people to follow, and monitor social media activity in one place.

The fine print: There is a basic free version. However, the professional version starts at $35.94/mo and has many additional features.

13. SocialBro

What it does: The SocialBro platform enabled advanced segmentation and audience insight into Twitter users. The tool enables you to generate campaign-specific audiences and serve relevant content to relevant people at relevant times.

The fine print: There is a free version available for up to 5,000 social contracts. However, the premium version is $13.95/mo.

Now, just because we listed thirteen doesn’t mean bank marketer’s should be running out and signing-up for everything. Instead, take a little time to decide where you need help, what takes up the majority of your time, and whether one of these tools would help streamline your process.

Doing so will free up some time, giving bank marketers the opportunity to work on more projects. Who couldn’t use a little more time in the day?
