Woodie Tipps joined CNB in July 2011 after thirty years with J.P. Morgan Chase.  He is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer, and is responsible for overall organization and performance of the retail line of business. Woodie serves on the boards of the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce, The Henderson ISD Foundation, Rusk County Heritage Association, and Main Street Henderson.  He is currently president of the Henderson Rotary Club and Chairman of the Finance Committee at First United Methodist Church of Henderson. Woodie is a native of Overton, Texas and has a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in business.
